Network Staff

Patty Terzian, our Executive Director, has provided statewide coordination for ONCAIC since 2009.  Her professional experience includes both corporate and nonprofit program management. Madeline Dailey is our Administrative Assistant. She graduated from the University of Utah with with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Conflict Resolution. She has several years experience in public presentation, handling administrative functions, and coordinating events. Madeline enjoys volunteering her time as a neighborhood mediator and a local facilitator. Her passion is forwarding social and racial equality in the communities she is so lucky to serve. Katharine Flug is our Program Coordinator. Katharine has a Masters of Public Health from the University of Washington and a background in health policy and non-profit work as well as experience in program development and implementation.
